On April 5, 2019, the New York International Law Review hosted a panel discussion on “The Right to Be Forgotten: Data Privacy in a World of Connectivity” at BakerHostetler.

This panel discussion featured Mr. Gerald Ferguson, founding partner of BakerHostetler’s Privacy and Data Protection practice; Ms. Annmarie Giblin, Senior Counsel – Cyber Liability Attorney, Global Legal for Chubb; Ms. Obiamaka Madubuko, Shareholder, Greenberg Traurig; and Professor Robert Post, Sterling Professor of Law at Yale Law School; for a discussion on recent and future developments in data privacy laws and international law. Professor Kate Klonick moderated the panel as students and attorneys inquired about the growing field.

The New York International Law Review recently celebrated its 30th Anniversary with a Symposium on April 12th & 13th, 2018, at St. John’s University School of Law. The Symposium featured panels on New York & Cross-Border Dispute Resolution, International Deals & Investment in New York, and Global Politics & Public International Law in New York.
